Megan Williams shared her enthusiasm about her new role, stating, “I’ve been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer at AAA-The Auto Club Group!” This promotion reflects Williams’ profound impact on the organization, particularly in executive development, HR consulting, and human capital management, areas where she has excelled throughout her career.

Before her promotion, Williams served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Management, a role she assumed in January 2017. In this capacity, she was responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that enhanced the organization’s talent management practices. Her leadership in this role was characterized by a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the HR department and across the organization.

Williams’ journey at AAA-The Auto Club Group has been marked by a steady ascent through the ranks, previously holding positions such as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. Her career at ACG began in Burnsville, Minnesota, as a Field Director of Human Resources, where she first demonstrated her exceptional capability to align HR initiatives with strategic business objectives.
