Regina Lindsay joined Popmenu in 2024 as Senior Director of People Operations, where she led the company’s global people strategy, focusing on employee experience, diversity and inclusion, and organizational compliance. Her strategic leadership has been instrumental in shaping Popmenu’s culture and workforce systems, making HR a true business partner in achieving company goals.
Before joining Popmenu, Lindsay served as Talent Director – People & Culture at First Watch Restaurants, where she led people programs for a national restaurant brand, building engagement, leadership development, and talent pipelines across multiple markets. She earlier held the position of Field Talent Acquisition Director at Whataburger, where she managed large-scale recruitment strategies across eight states, launching veteran hiring initiatives and diversity programs that significantly improved the company’s talent brand.
Earlier in her career, Lindsay spent over five years with Microsoft as Senior Recruiting Manager, leading recruitment efforts across the Southeast and West Coast and developing innovative hiring and onboarding practices that enhanced talent quality and reduced hiring timeframes. Prior to that, she was Human Resources Manager at Bank of America, overseeing training, talent acquisition, and leadership hiring for multiple lines of business, where she consistently achieved exceptional satisfaction and compliance scores.
Lindsay began her HR career with Kelly Services as On-site Human Resource Manager, gaining foundational expertise in employee relations, compliance, and workforce management. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, she brings deep insight into talent strategy, people operations, and culture transformation across industries including technology, finance, and hospitality.
