London, United Kingdom, October 2025 — John Lewis & Partners has announced the appointment of Anna Milne as Director of Merchandising. With an impressive career spanning nearly two decades in luxury retail, e-commerce, and fashion merchandising, Anna brings a deep understanding of strategic buying, product curation, and customer-centric innovation. In her new role, she will oversee John Lewis & Partners’ end-to-end merchandising function, driving assortment planning, pricing strategy, and profitability while ensuring the brand’s continued leadership in modern retail excellence.
Before joining John Lewis & Partners, Anna served as Merchandising Director at NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER, where she spent more than three years leading global merchandising strategy across luxury fashion, accessories, and lifestyle categories. She played a key role in strengthening the brand’s international positioning and aligning merchandising decisions with customer insights and digital commerce trends.
Earlier, Anna held several leadership roles at THE OUTNET.COM, where over seven years she rose through positions including Head of Merchandising, Merchandising Manager, and Senior Merchandiser. She was instrumental in expanding the platform’s global assortment strategy, streamlining buying operations, and optimizing inventory through data-driven insights, helping the brand achieve significant growth and customer retention.
