Delhi, India, October 2025 — Mohit Rathore has joined Bentley Systems as Regional HRBP Leader – APAC, marking a significant addition to the company’s global HR leadership team. In this strategic role, he will lead people strategies across the Asia-Pacific region, driving a high-performance and inclusive culture aligned with Bentley’s mission of advancing the world’s infrastructure through innovation and talent excellence. With more than 13 years of rich experience in human resources, Mohit brings extensive expertise in strategic HR management, leadership development, organizational transformation, and talent engagement.
Prior to joining Bentley Systems, Mohit led Talent Management at Iris Software Inc., where he developed impactful frameworks to strengthen employee engagement, leadership growth, and retention. His work was instrumental in shaping a purpose-driven culture that fostered collaboration, productivity, and continuous learning.
Before Iris Software, Mohit served as Senior Manager – HR at EXL, overseeing end-to-end employee engagement, performance management, and global HR operations. His initiatives enhanced employee satisfaction and streamlined career development programs across international teams.
Earlier, at FIS, Mohit was the Location Lead & Senior HRBP, managing a span of over 1,200 employees across Gurgaon and Noida centers. He successfully executed HR strategies that improved employee experience and drove organizational alignment across functions. His previous roles at Infogain, Jakson Group, and HCLTech further expanded his expertise in HR business partnering, employee relations, and capability building within technology and engineering domains.
A postgraduate in Human Resource Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Mohit is known for his empathetic leadership, collaborative approach, and strategic HR vision. At Bentley Systems, he will focus on aligning people, purpose, and performance to strengthen the company’s HR ecosystem and accelerate business growth across the APAC region.
