Salt Lake City, Utah, United States, October 2025 – Café Zupas, the fast-growing restaurant brand known for its fresh, chef-crafted soups, salads, sandwiches, and bowls, has announced the appointment of Jamie Elgie as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In his new role, Jamie will lead Café Zupas’ brand strategy, digital transformation, and customer engagement initiatives, strengthening the company’s mission to “Nourish the Good Life” across its 80+ locations in the U.S.
With over 25 years of global marketing and leadership experience, Jamie brings a unique blend of brand-building expertise, digital innovation, and customer-centric growth strategy across technology, consumer goods, and restaurant industries.
Before joining Café Zupas, Jamie Elgie was General Manager and Head of Marketing and Product at CoDev, where he helped redefine global talent sourcing by connecting technology professionals in emerging markets with entrepreneurs in North America. His leadership at CoDev focused on brand growth, marketplace innovation, and operational excellence.
Jamie also served as Vice President, Head of Marketing and Partnerships at CITCON, where he advanced global adoption of contactless payments and established strategic alliances with major retail and e-commerce partners.
Earlier, Jamie spent several years as Chief Operating Officer (Americas) at Navico, where he led the company’s largest market region across the Americas and championed digital transformation in marine electronics and outdoor sporting goods.
As Chief Marketing Officer at Wilson Electronics, Jamie was instrumental in building a metrics-driven marketing culture, growing the company’s market share to over 70% on Amazon, and establishing one of the largest YouTube communities in its category. His prior decade-long journey at Belkin International included leading digital marketing, customer service, and the creation of the groundbreaking WeMo home automation brand, which became a global success.
Jamie began his marketing career at Procter & Gamble, where he was part of the brand management team launching Sunny Delight and Fit in Canada — an experience that shaped his foundational approach to brand strategy and customer insight.
In addition to his corporate roles, Jamie has led Flywheel Consulting for the past five years, helping mid-sized companies build agile, test-and-learn digital marketing funnels that drive sustainable growth for clients such as Traeger Grills, Pattern, and CITCON.
