Chișinău, Moldova – November 2024 – Veronica Cîșleanu has joined Payall Payment Systems, Inc. as the new Head of Human Resources, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development to support Payall’s mission in revolutionizing cross-border payment processing. Veronica’s extensive background in HR and team leadership will be instrumental in driving employee engagement and enhancing organizational growth.
Prior to joining Payall, Veronica served as a Human Resources Executive at Pedersen & Partners, a global executive search and consulting firm, where she managed HR functions, developed employee records, and supported HR documentation across multiple departments. Her expertise in talent acquisition and HR coordination was vital to streamlining processes and aligning employee initiatives with company goals.
Before Pedersen & Partners, Veronica held the role of Human Resources Specialist at Agile Partners. During her three-year tenure, she managed recruitment cycles, onboarded employees, and implemented HRM tools to improve efficiency. Her role also included performance management and fostering positive employee relations, reflecting her strong commitment to creating a supportive work environment.
Veronica’s HR experience began at Payall Payment Systems, Inc., where she previously served as Human Happiness Manager. In this role, she championed onboarding and adaptation processes, conducting regular meetings with employees to ensure smooth integration. Her efforts in driving employee engagement and communication laid a foundation for her return to Payall in a senior HR capacity.
In earlier stages of her career, Veronica worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Ideaction.io. Her responsibilities included recruitment, employee orientation, and managing employee welfare, further honing her skills in comprehensive HR management and regulatory compliance.
