Dubai, United Arab Emirates – November 2024 – Diksha Hinduja Upadhyay has joined AlgoSoftware as the new Head of Human Resources, where she will lead HR operations to drive organizational development and talent strategy in line with the company’s innovative vision. Diksha’s appointment reflects AlgoSoftware’s commitment to fostering a progressive workplace culture to support their technological advancements in the gaming industry.
Diksha brings a wealth of experience from her recent role at AntWorks, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources in Dubai. In this position, she led high-impact HR projects, championed Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and supported strategic HR transformation for nearly three years. Her expertise in project management and organizational development were instrumental in building a resilient and diverse workforce.
Prior to her vice-presidential role, Diksha advanced through several HR leadership positions at AntWorks, including as Associate Vice President of HR and Senior Manager of HR, gaining comprehensive experience in talent management, organizational restructuring, and employee engagement over a span of eight years.
Before AntWorks, Diksha spent a significant portion of her career with Capita India Pvt Ltd, where she held various HR roles for over eight years, including Manager and Assistant Manager of Human Resources. During her tenure, she honed her skills in HR project management, compliance, and talent acquisition, establishing a strong foundation for her leadership journey.
Diksha’s HR career began at AXA Business Center Pvt Ltd, where she worked as a Human Resources Specialist. Her role involved HR analytics, ethics compliance, and supporting organizational HR strategies, which equipped her with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of HR practices.
