Dubai, United Arab Emirates – November 2024 – Matt Cooper-Bradfield has joined Azizi Developments as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing with him extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, talent development, and organizational transformation. In his new role, Cooper-Bradfield will be instrumental in driving Azizi Developments’ HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the company’s rapid growth in the UAE’s dynamic real estate market.

Before joining Azizi Developments, Matt Cooper-Bradfield held the position of CHRO at Ghassan Aboud Group in Dubai, where he led HR functions with a focus on strategic initiatives, talent management, and executive development, contributing significantly to business performance across multiple sectors. His tenure of nearly two years at Ghassan Aboud Group was marked by his dedication to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Prior to his role at Ghassan Aboud Group, he served as a Member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at Jashanmal National Co and Chairman of the Compensation & Benefits Committee at NCC Group ME, both part-time roles based in the UAE. In these capacities, Cooper-Bradfield was responsible for overseeing strategic HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives, supporting organizational objectives at both companies.

Cooper-Bradfield’s previous experience also includes serving as Group Director of Human Resources at Mazrui International, where he managed HR strategies for a large conglomerate with a diverse portfolio. His efforts focused on building strategic leadership capabilities, driving HR policies, and enhancing organizational efficiency across multiple industries.

Earlier in his career, Cooper-Bradfield held key HR roles in the Emirates Group and The Kanoo Group, where he led HR functions, developed talent programs, and executed change management initiatives across international business units.
