She has held this role since 2010, offering expertise across sectors, including retail, finance, food services, healthcare, and manufacturing. Her responsibilities have spanned recruitment, policy development, employee relations, and strategic human resource planning.
Lisa also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Absolute Resource Solutions, where she successfully grew HR and payroll services, increased revenue by 60%, and introduced the “HR IN A BOX” manual for business owners.
