Bandung, West Java, Indonesia – November 2024 – Asep Winara has joined AVS Simulator as the Chief Human Resources and Finance Officer (CHRO & CFO). In his new role, Winara will spearhead AVS’s financial strategies, human resources initiatives, and organizational development, contributing to the company’s growth and commitment to innovation in simulation technology.
Prior to his role at AVS Simulator, Winara was a Senior Consultant operating on a freelance basis, where he focused on management consulting, lending his expertise to a range of projects in Bandung, Indonesia. He offered strategic insights and management solutions, enhancing organizational effectiveness and providing advisory services across various sectors.
Previously, Winara served as President Director of PT Tirta Gemah Ripah (Tirta Jabar), where he led the organization for over three years, overseeing strategic business initiatives and organizational leadership. His tenure was marked by a focus on financial and operational excellence, establishing Tirta Jabar as a key player in its sector.
Winara’s earlier experience includes a notable tenure as a Financial & Public-Private Partnership Specialist at Royal HaskoningDHV Indonesia. During his 12-year service, he specialized in financial management, strategic partnerships, and public-private collaborations, helping the company secure long-term growth and sustainable projects.
Additionally, he held an academic role as a Lecturer & Research Assistant at the School of Business & Management, ITB, where he contributed to research and composed teaching materials for the Financial and Business Risks Interest Group. His efforts included leading seminars and publishing studies on financial and sharia-based financing topics.
