In her new role, Jyoti will lead the company’s marketing strategy with a focus on brand building, innovation, and driving revenue-led growth, as Mother’s Recipe continues to expand its footprint across India and over 45 international markets. Her appointment comes at a time when the brand is actively positioning itself for the next phase of scale and category leadership.
Prior to joining Desai Foods Pvt Ltd, Jyoti held leadership roles at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, where she served as National Sales & Business Development Head (Large Appliances) and earlier as GM – Marketing, driving product strategy, business growth, and market expansion initiatives.
Before Crompton, she was associated with Tata Consumer Products, where she served as Marketing Director and Associate Director – Marketing, leading key brand portfolios and innovation-driven growth strategies.
Her earlier career was deeply rooted within the Tata Group, where she held multiple roles at Tata Consumer Products and Tata Chemicals Limited, including Assistant General Manager, Senior Brand Manager, and Product Manager – Tata Salt, contributing significantly to one of India’s most iconic FMCG brands.
She began her professional journey as a Management Trainee at Tata Chemicals, gaining cross-functional exposure across operations, strategy, and sales, building a strong foundation in business and marketing.
With over 15 years of experience across FMCG and consumer businesses, Jyoti brings deep expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, product innovation, and revenue growth.
