New Delhi, Delhi, India, April 2026 — Exotic Innovations Private Limited has announced the appointment of Ashu Rana as Senior Vice President – Procurement, reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to scale its operations in the design & build and general contracting space.
With over 18 years of experience across manufacturing, consulting, and interior solutions organizations, Ashu brings strong expertise in procurement strategy, cost optimization, vendor management, and execution of large-scale, multi-location projects. In her new role, she will focus on aligning procurement with business objectives, enhancing process efficiency, and enabling scalable, high-quality project delivery.
Prior to this appointment, Ashu has been associated with Exotic Innovations Private Limited as Head of Procurement, where she led procurement operations and strengthened vendor ecosystems to support complex project execution.
She previously served as Vice President – Procurement at Awfis Space Solutions Limited, where she drove strategic sourcing initiatives, optimized procurement processes, and supported rapid expansion through efficient cost and vendor management frameworks.
Before Awfis, she was Head of Supply Chain Management at Acme Interiors Pvt Ltd, where she led supply chain operations, ensuring seamless execution across projects while strengthening sourcing and vendor strategies.
Her earlier experience includes leading procurement and supply chain functions at Cherry Hill Interiors Ltd, where she managed pan-India sourcing, large-ticket negotiations, and procurement for MEP and interior projects, significantly enhancing process efficiencies and vendor capabilities.
Ashu also brings strong consulting and corporate experience from PwC, where she handled strategic sourcing, spend consolidation, and process optimization across multiple categories, and earlier roles at Schneider Electric, Michelin, and Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., where she built a strong foundation in procurement and supply chain management.
