Deblina Roy joins GEP Worldwide as Director – Human Resources

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Deblina Roy has joined GEP Worldwide as Director – Human Resources, bringing with her over 17 years of strategic HR leadership experience across global organizations. In her new role, Deblina will be responsible for driving the company’s human capital strategy, fostering employee experience, and advancing people operations to support GEP’s continued growth and innovation across regions.

At GEP Worldwide, Deblina will lead initiatives focused on organizational development, performance management, talent engagement, and leadership development, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business outcomes. Her appointment reflects GEP’s commitment to building a high-performing and inclusive culture that supports its AI-powered procurement and supply chain solutions business.

Prior to joining GEP, Deblina had an impressive journey at HighRadius, where she rose to the role of Associate Director – Employee Experience. During her tenure, she championed multiple HR transformation initiatives, strengthened the employee value proposition, and led organization-wide culture enhancement programs.

Before that, she spent over six years at HIL Limited (formerly Hyderabad Industries Ltd) as Manager – Talent Development & Employee Management, where she led HR digitalization, policy reforms, HR audits, and performance-driven compensation design. She played a pivotal role in helping HIL secure its position among India’s Top 100 Best Companies to Work For.

Deblina’s earlier experience includes key HR roles at Cement Manufacturing Company Limited and Reliance Communications Ltd, where she was instrumental in driving performance appraisals, employee engagement, and business partnering. Over her career, she has built a reputation for integrating data-driven HR strategies with empathetic leadership to create impactful employee experiences.

An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, where she completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM), and a PGDBM in Business Administration and Human Resources from Kalinga Institute of Technology, Deblina combines academic rigor with hands-on industry experience to deliver transformational HR outcomes.
