Singapore, October 2025 — Carrier has announced the appointment of Vineet Kashyap as Vice President, Strategy, Product Management & Data Centers within its Climate Solutions Asia and Middle East (CSAME) HVAC segment. In his new role, Vineet will lead strategic direction, product innovation, and data center solutions, driving growth across one of Carrier’s most dynamic regional markets. “As I transition into this new role, I look forward to working with an amazing set of people, energizing leadership, in an amazing industry poised for evolution,” he shared.
Vineet brings over 25 years of global experience across strategy, product management, and leadership within the climate solutions and engineering industries. His career at Carrier spans more than six years, during which he has held several high-impact roles.
Most recently, he served as Vice President & General Manager, Global Container, where he led strategic growth across Carrier’s global HVAC container business. Prior to this, he was Vice President, HVAC Strategy and Global Equipment Business, and earlier served as Managing Director, Middle East and Global HVAC Applied Business Head, strengthening Carrier’s market leadership in the Middle East and Asia.
Before joining Carrier, Vineet was Managing Director, Chubb Fire & Security Asia-Pacific, where he led regional operations across multiple countries, driving innovation in safety and security solutions. Earlier, at UTC Climate, Controls & Security, he held the role of Senior Director – Marketing, Strategy, and Communications (International Operations), overseeing business strategy and product portfolios across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
His extensive career with United Technologies also included leadership positions such as Director – Key Accounts and Strategy, where he helped establish UTC’s India office and drove organic revenue growth across multiple verticals including Carrier, Otis, and Pratt & Whitney. At Otis Elevator Company, he led sales, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives for India, while his earlier tenure at A.T. Kearney shaped his consulting expertise across industries including oil and gas, IT, FMCG, and manufacturing.
