In his new role, Rishi will drive the company’s human capital agenda across multiple business verticals, shaping people strategy, leadership capability, and organizational culture to support KEC’s growth ambitions worldwide.
Rishi Raj Singh brings over 17 years of HR leadership experience with a strong track record in strategic HR, organizational transformation, and leadership development across large-scale infrastructure and engineering businesses.
Prior to joining KEC International, Rishi served at Tata Projects Limited for more than 17 years, where he played a pivotal role in building people capability and supporting the company’s expansion into complex and large-scale infrastructure domains. As Vice President & Head – Human Resources (Buildings & Infrastructure), he led HR strategy for major projects across buildings, airports, gigafactories, metro systems, and smart city initiatives. His focus areas included talent development, workforce planning, succession management, and engagement strategies that directly supported business growth and operational excellence.
Earlier at Tata Projects, Rishi handled several high-impact HR assignments spanning HR strategy, organization design, new business entry, joint ventures, M&A, leadership hiring, performance management, and board-level HR governance. His multidimensional experience enabled the seamless integration of HR with business outcomes, reinforcing a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Rishi holds an MBA in Human Resources from IBS Hyderabad, where he built the foundation for his career in people leadership and organizational development. His extensive industry experience positions him as a key HR leader contributing to KEC International’s mission of engineering excellence and global expansion.
