She began as Manager, People and Culture, advancing to Senior Manager and now Director, consistently demonstrating her ability to align HR strategies with business goals, lead transformation projects, and nurture high-performing teams. Her focus on inclusion, innovation, and organizational well-being has made her a key contributor to EllisDon’s evolving workplace culture.
Before joining EllisDon, Codi-Lynn gained rich HR experience across diverse industries. She served as a Human Resources Specialist at iSPAN Systems LP and Canadian Bearings, where she contributed to talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. Earlier, she began her career as a Recruiter at Canadian Bearings and as a Human Resources Intern at the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board, building her foundation in HR operations and workforce development.
