Before transitioning into her HR leadership career, Kelsey spent a decade at UnitedHealth Group, where she built a distinguished record in internal audit and risk management. She began as an Internal Audit Analyst and progressively advanced through roles including Senior Analyst, Consultant, Manager, and Associate Director, Internal Audit. Across these ten years, she developed a strong foundation in organizational effectiveness, leadership collaboration, and process improvement—skills that continue to shape her HR leadership approach today.
