Before that, as People Manager, she played a key role in recruitment, performance management, and engagement initiatives, supporting the company’s steady expansion into new locations.
Prior to joining Everyman, Shannon worked with The Snug Bar for nearly three years, where she served as HR Manager and Recruitment Manager. In these roles, she developed robust hiring frameworks, strengthened HR operations, and cultivated an employee-first culture within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Her deep understanding of people management within service-driven industries has shaped her approach to creating dynamic, human-centered workplaces.
With her experience in talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development, Shannon is poised to lead Everyman’s people strategy as the brand redefines cinema through its distinctive blend of hospitality, design, and entertainment.
