Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, October 2025 – Sanjay Kumar Verma has been appointed as Human Resources Director at Bosch Home Comfort Group, where he will play a key role in leading the HR Business Partner (HRBP) function. In this strategic leadership role, he will focus on driving people strategy, organizational transformation, and talent development initiatives aligned with Bosch’s global growth in the home comfort solutions segment.
Prior to joining Bosch Home Comfort Group, Sanjay Kumar Verma served with Johnson Controls–Hitachi Air Conditioning for more than a decade, where he held senior HR leadership positions including Human Resources Director and Senior Vice President – Human Resources. During his tenure, he led HR, IR, and administrative functions, strengthening people processes and organizational capability for sustainable growth.
Before his long stint with Hitachi, he headed HR at Eicher Tractors, a subsidiary of TAFE, where he drove human capital development initiatives supporting manufacturing excellence. He also served at TAFE Limited in a corporate HR role, focusing on building robust HR frameworks and policies.
Earlier in his career, he spent several years with Micro Inks Ltd., managing corporate HR projects such as HRIS implementation, performance management systems, and Six Sigma training programs. He also began his professional journey with the National Dairy Development Board, gaining foundational experience in training, communication, and organizational development.
