Congdon’s career is distinguished by her leadership roles at several prestigious organizations, demonstrating her ability to drive strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals. Before joining M Financial Group, she served as an Advisory Board Member for SBR2TH, a venture studio company, since September 2022. In this capacity, Congdon has been instrumental in providing strategic human resources oversight and advisory.

Additionally, as Principal Consultant and Owner of L2See, LLC since April 2022, Congdon established an HR consulting firm that specializes in human capital strategy, executive coaching, and organizational design, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and deep expertise in human resources.
Her tenure at Ecobat as Chief Human Resources Officer from September 2020 to December 2021 was marked by significant achievements, including the centralization of HR functions and the development of a comprehensive human capital strategy for the global company, which boasts a workforce of 4,300 employees across three continents. Under her leadership, Ecobat experienced enhanced operational efficiency, talent acquisition, and corporate rebranding, among other key initiatives.
Prior to Ecobat, Congdon was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Watts Water Technologies from December 2016 to April 2020, where she played a pivotal role in transforming the HR department to become more aligned with corporate strategy, thereby driving growth and leadership development within the global conglomerate.
Her role as Vice President of Human Resources at Xylem Inc. further exemplifies her skill in leading change and fostering a high-performance culture, achieving remarkable savings through continuous improvement programs and leadership development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Congdon made impactful contributions at Rexnord Industries and Honeywell Aerospace, where her strategic leadership in HR helped navigate significant organizational changes, including IPO readiness and navigating through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
