With a decade of dynamic experience spanning the travel, technology, and consulting sectors, Sandeep will play a key role in scaling the company’s strategic sales initiatives, driving B2B/B2E growth, and building global alliances across the travel ecosystem.
In his new role, Sandeep will lead business expansion across India and international markets, focusing on innovation, partnerships, and customer-centric solutions. His expertise in AI-driven sales models and enterprise client management will strengthen Osaka Connect’s strategic roadmap as it redefines travel commerce through integrated digital platforms.
Prior to joining Osaka Connect, Sandeep served as Senior Manager – AI Strategy and Tech Consulting at AIonOS, where he was instrumental in developing AI-powered products, business models, and technology alliances that enabled intelligent process transformation and risk optimization for clients across industries.
Before that, he worked with Yatra Online Ltd. as Senior Manager – Enterprise Business, where he led CXO-level client relationships, acquired new corporate clients, and contributed over ₹100 crore in annual incremental business through strategic sales, technology adoption, and customer engagement initiatives.
Sandeep’s earlier career at TUI as Sales Manager further enriched his expertise in B2B travel solutions, client retention, and sales leadership. He began his journey with Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. as Team Leader – Sales, where he honed his skills in travel operations, technology integration, and enterprise client management. His career reflects a consistent record of delivering growth, innovation, and client success through a blend of technology and strategy.
