Delft, South Holland, Netherlands, November 2025 — Jorg De Graaf has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at ABB E-mobility, a global leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions and sustainable transport infrastructure. In his new role, he will oversee ABB E-mobility’s global financial strategy, driving efficiency, scalability, and value creation as the company continues to accelerate its mission toward zero-emission mobility.
Before joining ABB E-mobility, Jorg De Graaf served as Chief Financial Officer at CM.com, a Netherlands-based global leader in cloud software for conversational commerce. Over five years, he steered the company’s financial transformation, strengthening its financial governance and supporting strategic growth across international markets.
Prior to CM.com, Jorg was EVP Group Control at Eneco Groep, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing corporate finance, control, and performance management for one of the Netherlands’ most recognized sustainable energy companies. His contributions supported Eneco’s long-term transition strategy toward renewable energy solutions.
Earlier, Jorg served as Chief Financial Officer at iBASIS, a global communications company headquartered in the United States. During his tenure, he led major financial restructuring initiatives and optimized operational efficiency across multiple regions, aligning finance with strategic transformation goals.
Previously, he spent over eight years at KPN (Royal Dutch Telecom), where he held several senior leadership roles, including CFO a.i., VP Planning & Control, Manager Finance, Managing Director Wholesale Mobile a.i., and Business Controller. His experience there shaped his expertise in telecom finance, strategic planning, and business integration across global markets.
