Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — NAB (National Australia Bank) has announced the appointment of Preeti Verma as Vice President – Talent Acquisition, marking a significant addition to its leadership team in India. In her new role, Preeti will lead strategic hiring, talent planning, and leadership acquisition initiatives, aligning NAB’s workforce strategy with its customer-centric vision across Australia, New Zealand, and its global delivery centers.

With over two decades of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and people strategy, Preeti brings deep expertise in designing scalable recruitment frameworks, employer branding, and leadership hiring across industries and geographies. At NAB, she will be responsible for advancing the bank’s talent agenda by leveraging digital tools, analytics, and data-driven insights to attract high-caliber professionals in a competitive financial and technology ecosystem.

Before joining NAB, Preeti worked as an Associate Vice President at Trianz, where she led leadership recruiting and talent branding, driving strategies that enhanced brand visibility and executive talent engagement. Prior to that, she served as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition (APAC, EMEA, India) at GreyOrange, strengthening regional recruitment processes and leadership pipelines.

Her earlier career at Genpact, spanning over 16 years, saw her rise through multiple leadership roles including Assistant Vice President – Global Talent Acquisition, where she led international hiring strategies, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives. Preeti began her career at GE Capital, where she gained foundational experience in operations before transitioning into human resources. Over the years, she has built a strong reputation for her ability to combine operational rigor with human insight to deliver impactful talent outcomes.
