Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, November 2025 — Rohit Vishal Gupta has taken on the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Haldiram Snacks Food Pvt. Ltd., marking an exciting new chapter in his distinguished HR leadership journey. With over two decades of experience across FMCG, healthcare, and technology sectors, Rohit will spearhead Haldiram’s people strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation initiatives as the brand continues its growth trajectory in India and global markets.
Prior to joining Haldiram, Rohit Vishal Gupta served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Varun Beverages Limited, where he played a key role in driving cultural transformation, operational efficiency, and leadership capability building across the organization. His strategic HR leadership helped strengthen the company’s people ecosystem as it expanded rapidly across India and international markets.
Before his tenure at Varun Beverages, Rohit was Global Vice President – Talent Management & Leadership Development, CHRO Lab45 at Wipro, where he led large-scale initiatives to shape leadership pipelines, embed digital learning ecosystems, and drive global talent transformation aligned with Wipro’s innovation agenda.
Earlier, at GE Healthcare, Rohit served as CHRO for Wipro GE Healthcare South Asia, as well as HR Director for GEBEL, Head of CSR, and Head of Education Solutions. In these roles, he focused on strengthening leadership talent, implementing sustainable CSR initiatives, and expanding GE’s educational programs across the region.
Rohit began his journey at ITC Limited, where he spent more than a decade in multiple leadership roles including CHRO & Management Committee Member – Printing and Packaging Business and Head HR – Personal Care Products Business, playing an instrumental role in scaling ITC’s youngest business vertical from startup phase to maturity. His early experiences at Surya Nepal Private Limited and ITC’s Tobacco Business gave him a strong foundation in people management, industrial relations, and organizational culture development.
