Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, November 2025 — Girish Sawaiker has been appointed as the Managing Director for Vietnam and Japan at Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW). In his new role, Girish will lead strategic operations, strengthen cross-regional collaboration, and accelerate innovation-driven growth across both BGSW Vietnam and BGSW Japan. His appointment reflects Bosch’s continued commitment to leadership continuity and advancing digital engineering excellence across key global markets.
As one of BGSW’s longstanding leaders with over 24 years at the organization, Girish has played an instrumental role in shaping product engineering and technology transformation. Most recently, he served as Vice President at BGSW in Bengaluru, where he led the Product Engineering vertical spanning electronics, mechanical engineering, user experience, and industrialization of new products. His leadership has been defined by deep technical acumen, a collaborative and empowering management style, and a forward-looking approach to innovation within global teams.
Girish began his professional journey at Tata Infotech, where he worked on software and electronics development for Unisys document processing systems. This early exposure to applied engineering and product-led development laid the foundation for his impactful career in technology and digital transformation.
In his new mandate, Girish will work closely with leadership teams in Vietnam and Japan to enhance talent development, customer value, and operational synergies, reinforcing BGSW’s position as a global center of excellence for digital engineering, IoT, mobility, and enterprise technology services.
