Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Anwesa Sen has stepped into the role of Head of Human Resources at Digital Web Solutions, where she will lead the company’s people strategy, talent development roadmap, organizational culture, and HR transformation as the company continues to scale both its workforce and its global delivery capabilities. With over twelve years of progressive HR leadership experience across IT services, digital solutions, professional services, and manufacturing environments, Anwesa brings a strong foundation in strategic HR planning, talent engagement, and competency-based capability development.
In her current role at Digital Web Solutions, Anwesa is responsible for steering key HR functions, including talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, employer branding, HR operations effectiveness, policy governance, HRIS and analytics, performance management, capability development, employee experience, and culture building. Her leadership centers on aligning HR structures to business priorities, building a high-performance environment, and strengthening organizational resilience through scalable people practices.
Before joining Digital Web Solutions, Anwesa served as General Manager – Human Resources at Almonds Ai, where she drove HR strategy across the organization, focusing on talent optimization, engagement enhancement, and cultural cohesiveness. She led initiatives that strengthened leadership capability, supported digital enablement across HR workflows, and improved employee experience through structured communication, employee programs, and process standardization.
Prior to that, Anwesa was Manager / Head – HR & Admin at Fortuna Colours & Prints LLP, where she oversaw full-spectrum HR operations including hiring, employee relations, HR compliance, grievance handling, and talent retention. Her experience extended across diverse workforce groups and operational settings, enabling her to develop a people-centric yet performance-aligned HR approach.
Earlier, she held HR leadership roles at Innovision Limited and Chola Business Services, where she gained hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and organizational culture building. This journey across multiple sectors and talent ecosystems has shaped her ability to implement scalable HR systems that support both organizational sustainability and employee growth.
