Before joining Saddik & Mohamed Attar Co., Farah Kamal served as Head of Human Capital for a Confidential Government organization in Jeddah, where she spearheaded human capital transformation initiatives and talent development strategies designed to enhance institutional performance, employee engagement, and nationalization goals.

Prior to that, she was Head of HR – National Motor Company at Petromin Corporation, overseeing HR for automotive brands including Nissan, Stellantis, and Foton. In this role, Farah acted as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals and driving initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and Organizational Development. Her leadership helped establish Petromin as an agile, performance-driven organization.

Earlier, she spent over three years at Nahdi Medical Co., where she advanced from Organizational Development Manager to People Development Senior Manager. Farah led Nahdi’s “Passion for People” strategy, developed leadership programs, implemented competency frameworks, and drove employee engagement projects that strengthened corporate culture and workforce capability across the organization.

Farah’s earlier experience includes a successful tenure at SAJA Pharmaceuticals, where she held the role of Organizational Development – Learning & Development Senior Specialist for the MENA Region, and at Alinma Bank, where she began her career managing relationships with high-net-worth clients. Her comprehensive background in both HR and business operations gives her a well-rounded perspective on people-centric growth and organizational success.

At Saddik & Mohamed Attar Co., Farah will lead the company’s human capital function, focusing on talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation to strengthen the company’s legacy of excellence and service culture.

About Saddik & Mohamed Attar Co.

Founded in the early 1940s, Saddik & Mohamed Attar Co. is one of Saudi Arabia’s first ten registered companies. The firm began as a currency and exchange business before expanding into aviation and becoming the exclusive representative of British Airways in the Kingdom. In 1958, it entered into one of its most prestigious partnerships — becoming the official retailer of Rolex and Tudor in Saudi Arabia’s Western and Central regions.

Today, Saddik & Mohamed Attar Co. operates luxury retail showrooms in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and Riyadh, along with advanced service centers, continuing its rich tradition of excellence and trusted partnerships spanning over eight decades.
