London, United Kingdom, February 2026 — Anusha Bazaz has started a new role as Group Head of HR at Pivotal, the UK’s leading mortgage and protection advice provider, marking a significant transition from advisory leadership into a senior in-house people role.
In her new position, Anusha Bazaz leads the Group People & Talent agenda at Pivotal, with responsibility for shaping and executing people strategy across the organisation’s growing portfolio of brands. Her mandate includes talent strategy, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, and building a people-first culture aligned with Pivotal’s ambition to scale through technology, data, and innovation.
Prior to joining Pivotal, Anusha Bazaz spent over a decade at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she served as Consultant – Global Technology Sector. As part of the firm’s global technology practice, she advised boards and C-suite leaders on digital leadership hiring and succession planning, drawing on strong research and analytics expertise to support leadership decisions in the context of digital transformation.
Earlier in her career, Anusha Bazaz worked at Gartner as a Data Analyst – Customer Experience, where she was a founding team member of the Effortless Experience Dashboard™, a proprietary CX analytics platform delivering executive-level insights on customer loyalty and service operations for Fortune 500 organisations. She began her professional journey as a Research Assistant at Clean Energy Group, contributing to a U.S. Department of Energy-funded study on clean energy investment frameworks across North America.
Her move to Pivotal reflects a rare blend of strategic advisory depth, data-driven insight, and leadership expertise, positioning her well to support the organisation’s next phase of growth.
