Before joining Tata Projects, Aditi served at KEC International Ltd. as DGM – HR for Renewables and Oil & Gas, where she led HR initiatives across business verticals and geographies. She was instrumental in driving talent capability programs, workforce planning, and change management projects aligned with the company’s renewable energy expansion. Prior to that, she headed Talent Acquisition – COE at KEC, overseeing leadership hiring, employer branding, and global recruitment programs.

Earlier, Aditi held the position of Chief Manager – Talent Acquisition at Sterlite Power, where she managed recruitment for Serentica Renewables and drove multiple initiatives in university relations, analytics, and hiring automation. Her earlier assignments at Hill International and McDermott International allowed her to gain international exposure across India and the Middle East, handling senior mandates and talent development programs. She began her professional journey with GET Global Group, supporting recruitment for the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Aditi’s expertise in talent analytics, leadership hiring, and capability building, combined with her track record of driving transformation through digital HR initiatives, positions her well to lead Tata Projects’ talent and organizational excellence agenda. In her new role, she will play a pivotal part in strengthening the company’s HR strategy as it continues to expand its footprint in clean energy, infrastructure, and industrial solutions.
