Andover, Massachusetts, United States, November 2025 — Enel North America has announced the appointment of Lisa (Verreault) Mason as Director, Talent Acquisition, On-boarding and Managed Service Provider Relationship Management. In this strategic role, Lisa will lead end-to-end hiring, strengthen onboarding systems, and oversee key MSP partnerships to support Enel’s growth as a leading renewable energy and sustainability solutions provider across the U.S. and Canada.
Lisa (Verreault) Mason has been with Enel North America for nearly eight years and most recently served as Director, People Business Partner, where she partnered with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and people strategy. Before this, she progressed through roles including Principal Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Recruiter, Recruiter, and Talent Acquisition Specialist, strengthening her expertise across both talent acquisition and business partnering.
Prior to joining Enel, Lisa spent almost six years with NxStage Medical, Inc., where she worked as Talent Acquisition Specialist and earlier as Executive Assistant. She developed deep recruiting capability, building university partnerships, creating onboarding programs, and successfully filling over 250 roles across IT, engineering, finance, logistics, quality, regulatory and clinical functions.
Before this, Lisa served with Converse, first as Project Administrator and later as Executive Administrative Assistant, supporting senior leaders in brand communications and public relations. Her work included event coordination, calendar management, influencer engagement, and supporting high-visibility functional operations.
Lisa began her career with Wingate Healthcare as Executive Administrative Assistant, where she supported operational and administrative priorities across the organization. This early experience strengthened her organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills, laying a strong foundation for her future transition into HR and talent acquisition.
