Pune, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 – Greaves Cotton Limited has appointed Aseem Srivastav as President – International Businesses, marking a strategic leadership addition as the company accelerates its global mobility ambitions. Bringing over three decades of international leadership experience, he will steer global operations, international business expansion, and strategic growth initiatives aligned with Greaves Cotton’s vision of sustainable mobility and global transformation.
In the years immediately preceding his appointment, Aseem Srivastav served as Group HR Head at Kirloskar Limitless, where he played a key role in shaping people-led transformation, embedding a culture of innovation, and strengthening cross-border collaborations. His tenure reflected a strong emphasis on talent development, leadership capability building, and creating a limitless organisational mindset for growth and customer-centricity.
Before this, he held one of his most expansive global mandates as Chief Executive Officer (CEO – B2C @ KOEL), Managing Director at LGM, and Director at Optiqua & Esva at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited. In this multi-dimensional leadership role spanning nearly three years, he led large-scale business transformations, strengthened global market presence, enhanced operational efficiencies, and drove innovation across engineering and manufacturing portfolios.
In an earlier leadership chapter, Aseem served as CEO & Whole-Time Director of McNally Sayaji, and Director at CMT, McNally Bharat Infra, and McNally Bharat Equipments. During this tenure, he steered complex engineering businesses, scaled global operations, and guided performance improvement programs while navigating diverse international markets and technology-driven ecosystems.
Across the rest of his distinguished career, Aseem has held several leadership positions at organisations such as Vardhman Special Steels Limited, B infinite, Kirloskar Brothers Limited, Larsen & Toubro, John Crane, and EagleBurgmann. His multi-industry exposure across engineering, heavy manufacturing, oil & gas, industrial equipment, global marketing, and strategic business development has shaped him into a versatile leader known for operational excellence, innovation, and conscious business transformation.
Aseem’s educational journey also reflects a commitment to holistic leadership. Having completed his academic pursuits at Pune University and Mumbai University, he further advanced his global leadership capabilities as a Fulbright Scholar at the Carnegie Bosch Institute, where he deepened his understanding of technology, strategy, and conscious leadership. Over time, he has evolved into India’s first certified Conscious Business Coach, shaping his philosophy of integrating purpose, innovation, and people-centric transformation.
