Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Schneider Electric has announced the appointment of Bhavna Verma as Vice President – Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) for the Greater India Zone, marking her return to the organization where she has previously held several key strategic and leadership roles. In her new capacity, Bhavna will lead business transformation, growth strategy, and M&A initiatives across the region, strengthening Schneider Electric’s long-term roadmap for innovation and sustainable value creation.
A seasoned strategy professional, Bhavna Verma brings an extensive career across global and Indian multinationals, with expertise spanning strategic planning, sales excellence, category management, business development, and alliances. She earlier served in several leadership positions at Schneider Electric, including Strategy & Alliance Head (India), Strategy & Sales Excellence Head (India), and Exports Director – M&A Integration Office, where she played an instrumental role in advancing integration processes and strategic alliances that supported the company’s regional and global growth agenda.
Before rejoining Schneider Electric, Bhavna was with Cargill, where she served as Senior Director – Strategy, Category & Product Management and earlier as Strategy & Business Development Head for Cargill Food Solutions, driving business expansion, innovation, and portfolio diversification. Her previous experience also includes senior roles at Honeywell, Escorts Kubota Limited, EY, and Tata Consultancy Services, where she contributed to strategic transformation, operational planning, and consulting projects across industries including manufacturing, infrastructure, and technology.
With more than 18 years of experience across multinational environments, Bhavna’s appointment reinforces Schneider Electric’s commitment to leadership excellence, accelerating its mission to deliver intelligent, sustainable, and digitally integrated energy and automation solutions across India and beyond.
