Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Fidelity International has announced the appointment of Dipak Chopra as Head of Enterprise Process, marking an important milestone in his distinguished global career spanning over two decades across enterprise transformation, process excellence, and digital innovation. Known for his deep expertise in business architecture, workflow automation, intelligent orchestration, and process governance, Dipak brings a rare blend of strategic, technological, and operational acumen to this new leadership role.
In his new position, Dipak will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives at Fidelity International, advancing global process architecture, automation strategy, and intelligent workflow integration across the company’s operations. His appointment follows a highly successful tenure as Global Head of Process Excellence, where he established Fidelity’s global business process taxonomy, institutionalized Lean and citizen development programs, and introduced advanced automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Blue Prism, Camunda, SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and Appian. His efforts drove measurable efficiency, governance, and digital maturity across Fidelity’s global ecosystem.
Before joining Fidelity International, Dipak served as Vice President and Global Lean Digital Transformation Leader at Genpact, where he led Lean Digital Transformation initiatives for a $500M+ IT business spanning BFSI, Capital Markets, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing. During his tenure, he delivered over $400M in business impact, leading more than 600 Lean and Six Sigma projects and driving large-scale digital process optimization programs across industries.
Earlier, as Head of Quality and Business Excellence at Orange Business Services, Dipak institutionalized global process frameworks such as ISO, CMMI, and ITIL, and spearheaded customer satisfaction and innovation initiatives. His nine-year consulting career at QAI involved designing high-maturity models and process improvement frameworks across sectors in the USA, Europe, and Asia. His earlier roles at Dell Technologies International Services, Secure Meters Limited, and SDI Technology further strengthened his foundation in software quality assurance, service design, and product management, giving him a holistic view of enterprise operations and digital architecture.
An alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with specialization in Big Data, Stanford University for Executive Benchmarking, and Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C) for Leadership Excellence, Dipak combines academic rigor with hands-on transformation leadership. His global exposure and proven track record of embedding innovation, agility, and operational excellence make him a key architect in Fidelity International’s ongoing digital transformation journey.
