Reshma brings a robust blend of strategic consulting and energy-sector expertise, cultivated through leadership roles at EY, Accenture, and SNP Infra Research Solutions. Her tenure at EY has seen her lead transformative business initiatives, providing strategic guidance to clients navigating complex market dynamics. She is also an active participant in the World Energy Council’s Global Future Energy Leaders’ Programme (2024 cohort), representing a new generation of professionals shaping the global energy transition agenda.
Prior to her current role, Reshma served nearly five years at Accenture in Gurgaon, where she advised large-scale clients on operational strategy, digital transformation, and performance improvement. Her early career at SNP Infra Research Solutions provided her with a strong foundation in research-driven analysis and infrastructure consulting—skills that have continued to define her work in strategy development and implementation.
