Dr. Thukral has been an integral part of the Info Edge ecosystem, previously serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Artificial Intelligence at Naukri.com, where he played a pivotal role in leveraging data science, AI, and machine learning to enhance platform intelligence, candidate-job matching, and user experience. His contributions have been central to embedding advanced AI models across Naukri’s products, solidifying its leadership as India’s No.1 jobsite.
Before joining Naukri, Dr. Thukral held senior leadership roles in data science and technology at Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, and BlackRock, where he led end-to-end analytics strategies, data platforms, and business intelligence initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Research Scientist at ETH Zürich, and later founded Shraddha Financial Advisory, where he built AI-driven financial modeling frameworks and predictive analytics solutions.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Dr. Thukral holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. His research background in computational modeling and AI from ETH Zürich further enhances his ability to blend scientific rigor with business innovation.
