With over seven years at Pratum Companies, Jason has played an integral role in shaping HR strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and leading workforce development initiatives. In this new role, he will continue to drive HR innovation, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development, ensuring Pratum Companies remains a leader in the real estate and property management industry.
Before stepping into the CHRO role, Jason Salamon served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for over five years, overseeing key HR functions, employee relations, and strategic workforce initiatives. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Human Resources, where he played a critical role in talent management and HR transformation.
Before joining Pratum Companies, Jason held key HR leadership roles at Vornado Realty Trust, where he served as Vice President of Human Resources for four years, leading HR operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Prior to that, he spent over eight years at SAIC, where he advanced to Vice President/Director of Human Resources, managing HR strategy for a major business unit with $840M+ in revenue.
Earlier in his career, Jason held HR leadership roles at Central Parking Corporation, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and National Broadcasting Company (NBC), gaining expertise in employee relations, performance management, and labor negotiations.
