In this strategic position, she will lead people strategy across a complex, innovation-driven organization that supports highly engineered products used in critical industrial applications worldwide.
Before joining Crane ChemPharma & Energy, Danielle Malbrough served as Executive SVP of Human Resources & Chief People Officer at NovaSource Power Services for nearly one and a half years, where she shaped people strategies, guided talent transformation, and supported the organization’s growth in the global renewable energy ecosystem.
Her prior role at Dover Precision Components spanned almost seven years, where she most recently served as Vice President, Global Human Resources and was a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. She led global HR strategy across multiple manufacturing sites in the U.S., China, Scotland, the UK, and Mexico, and played a pivotal role in organizational design, cultural integration, and operational excellence initiatives. Earlier at Dover, she also held roles including HR Director, Global Manufacturing and HR Director, Americas, strengthening her expertise across multi-site operations, global talent strategy, and business transformation.
Earlier in her career, she spent more than eight years with Baker Hughes, progressing through roles such as HR Manager North America Region, Global HR Manager, and HR Shared Services Supervisor, where she drove immigration strategy, supported integration initiatives, managed HR operations across multiple geographies, and led teams during major organizational transformations. She later served as Global Mobility Manager at Frank’s International, and earlier enriched her multi-site HR leadership experience through roles including Senior Human Resources Manager – Aftermarket, HR Generalist, and various early-career HR responsibilities across global operations.
