Wilkinson’s professional journey at Smiths Group began in April 2022 when she joined as a Global HR Business Partner. Over two years, she played a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategies across the company’s global operations, preparing her for the responsibilities of overseeing HR initiatives at Smiths Interconnect. Her efforts have been integral in aligning HR functions with the broader objectives of the company, particularly in fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Prior to joining Smiths Group, Wilkinson had a substantial career at Atos, where she spent nearly eleven years in various HR capacities, including roles as Global HR Business Partner across different sectors such as manufacturing, public sector, defence, and sales and marketing. Her tenure at Atos was marked by significant contributions to HR strategy and operations on a global scale, which included managing complex HR challenges and initiatives that spanned multiple countries.

Her earlier experiences also include roles at Buck Consultants, KPMG, and Accenture, where she developed foundational skills in recruitment, consultancy, and HR management that have been crucial throughout her career.
