Sudeep Patnaik Appointed as Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Indegene

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Indegene, a global life sciences solutions company, has announced the appointment of Sudeep Patnaik as its Global Talent Acquisition Leader. Bringing over 17 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources and talent management, Sudeep’s appointment reflects Indegene’s focus on scaling its global workforce strategy and deepening its talent ecosystem across markets.

Before joining Indegene, Sudeep served as Vice President – Human Resources at Everest Group, where he built and led comprehensive talent and people strategies that emphasized culture, capability, and credibility. Known for his innovative HR thinking, Sudeep played a pivotal role in building scalable people systems, strengthening leadership pipelines, and representing the organization as a frequent speaker at leading industry forums.

Prior to Everest Group, he led the India HR function at TDCX, where he was instrumental in establishing the organization’s India operations from the ground up and aligning HR priorities with business expansion goals. His leadership spanned across people advisory, engagement, and organizational development, contributing to a high-growth culture.

Earlier in his career, Sudeep spent seven years with Deloitte India (Offices of the US), where he led multiple large-scale recruitment portfolios, including Strategy & Analytics and Mergers & Acquisitions, while overseeing both campus and experienced hiring initiatives. His tenure at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Idea Cellular, and Tata Group further enriched his expertise across diverse industries, giving him a deep understanding of people dynamics in both consulting and corporate environments.

An alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB), where he earned his Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in HR and General Management, Sudeep’s career has been defined by his ability to blend strategic HR foresight with hands-on leadership execution.

At Indegene, Sudeep will lead global talent acquisition strategies, driving innovation in recruitment processes and building a high-performing, inclusive talent ecosystem that supports the company’s global growth and transformation agenda.
