With an extensive career spanning executive leadership, consulting, entrepreneurship, and business transformation, Rajeev brings over two decades of cross-industry experience in driving growth, building scalable business models, and managing high-impact turnarounds. Since joining Sasken as Head of Growth, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s margins, developing data-driven growth strategies, and positioning Sasken at the forefront of digital engineering, enterprise modernization, and AI-led innovation.
Before joining Sasken, Rajeev served as Chief Revenue Officer at alltius.ai, where he led revenue growth and market expansion initiatives in AI-driven enterprise solutions. Earlier, as Co-Founder and CEO of myTiro, he oversaw end-to-end business operations, driving innovation and organizational scaling across technology and performance management domains. His most notable tenure was as Managing Director and CEO of Hitachi Rail STS India, where he led an eight-year transformation that doubled the company’s order book, tripled revenues, improved profitability by 50%, and achieved positive cash flow from the third year.
Rajeev’s earlier experience includes consulting leadership at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Bain & Company, where he advised global clients on growth strategy, M&A, market entry, and operational optimization. His early career spanned roles in telecommunications, product strategy, and technology innovation at Hughes and Telezoo.com, as well as entrepreneurial ventures such as IndiaPulse.
An alumnus of the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where he earned his MBA, Rajeev published case studies with globally renowned professors including C.K. Prahalad and M.S. Krishnan, and worked on early-stage venture investments through the Wolverine Venture Fund. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, where he was competitively selected to contribute to a national research group.
In his expanded mandate as Chief Growth & AI Officer, Rajeev will lead integrated AI strategy, global market expansion, and data-driven transformation initiatives—driving Sasken’s vision to empower businesses through intelligent engineering and AI-powered value creation.
