In this role, Currie will oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, culture, and enterprise transformation, shaping the company’s people strategy to support its ambitious growth agenda.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in organizational transformation within the global technology sector, Julie Currie is a seasoned leader known for driving scalable HR strategies. She previously served as Chief People Officer at GRAIL Biotech and Amplitude, where she played a key role in guiding people operations through phases of rapid expansion and innovation.
Before these roles, she held senior HR leadership positions at Sony PlayStation, AMD, and Western Digital, contributing to talent and organizational initiatives at some of the most recognized names in tech. Her academic credentials include a BA in Management and Economics from the University of Guelph, along with executive MBA coursework and a certificate in AI Strategy for Business Transformation from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
