Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Nisha Pushpavanam has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at HOUZBAY, bringing over two decades of HR leadership experience in real estate, consulting, and technology-driven industries. In her new role, she will drive organizational growth, talent development, and strategic HR transformation to support HOUZBAY’s expansion in the prop-tech sector.
Prior to joining HOUZBAY, Nisha was the Head of HR at Concorde Group, where she led HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives for nearly three years. She played a pivotal role in HR transformation, talent acquisition, and organizational restructuring to align with business goals.
Before that, she served as Director of HR & Operations at Label Nvogue and Energize Synergy, overseeing HR management, global talent acquisition, and compliance for both organizations. Her experience includes building strong HR frameworks, driving culture change, and leading compensation & benefits strategies to enhance employee satisfaction.
Nisha also held HR leadership roles at Raheja Universal and Fairgrowth Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., where she was responsible for recruitment, training & development, talent assessment, and HR policy formulation. She began her career with Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (Times Group) and Samsung India, focusing on HR operations and customer relations.
Nisha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from DY Patil University.
