New York, United States – December 2025 — Angela Crossman has joined Squarespace as its new Chief People Officer, bringing with her an extensive background in talent strategy, people analytics, and culture transformation across some of the most dynamic technology-driven organizations. In this role, she will lead the company’s global people function, working closely with the leadership team to further strengthen its people-first approach, enhance employee experience, and scale talent strategy to align with Squarespace’s next phase of growth.
Before joining Squarespace, Angela Crossman served as Chief People Officer at Dragos, Inc., a cybersecurity firm, where she spent nearly two years leading global people operations in a remote-first environment, aligning talent with growth and innovation.
Prior to that, she held the role of Chief People Officer at Brex, a leading financial technology company, where she helped drive organizational agility and built a scalable people infrastructure during a period of rapid expansion.
Earlier, she was Chief People Officer at Noom Inc., a digital health company, where she focused on strengthening leadership capability, DEI initiatives, and organizational resilience.
Her most extensive tenure was at Bain & Company, where she served over five years as Executive Vice President, Talent, Operations, and Global People Analytics. In this role, she championed people data strategies and operational excellence globally. Prior to that, she held strategic roles at Yahoo, managed a freelance consulting portfolio for six years, and began her career at Personnel Decisions International and The Trust for Public Land.
Angela Crossman holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School, adding a strong academic foundation to her extensive leadership experience.
