With over 15 years of experience across global recruitment, talent management, and strategic workforce planning, Mansi brings a wealth of expertise in scaling hiring operations across multiple geographies including India, the United States, Mexico, the Gulf, and Africa. Her role will be instrumental in ensuring Welspun continues to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent to support its rapid growth and global innovation ambitions.
Before taking on this role, Mansi served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Welspun Transformation Services, where she successfully led large-scale hiring programs and implemented process efficiencies that aligned with the group’s digital and operational transformation journey.
Previously, Mansi held senior positions at Milestone Inc, Equations Placements, and AddRec Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where she specialized in global recruitment, client management, and team development. Her extensive background in executive search, leadership hiring, and cross-border recruitment solutions has earned her a strong reputation as a dynamic HR leader with deep market understanding.
Her early career at Designmate India Pvt. Ltd., where she worked on creative workforce management in the education technology sector, laid the foundation for her long-standing interest in innovative and people-centered talent practices.
