Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, January 2026 – Anand Belthur has taken on a new role as Senior Delivery Assurance Lead at ATCO, marking a new chapter in his accomplished career spanning over two decades in delivery leadership, digital transformation, and enterprise technology portfolios. In this new capacity, he will manage the OT (Operational Technology) Portfolio of Projects for ATCO, a diversified global corporation headquartered in Canada.
Prior to joining ATCO, Anand served as Strategic Programs and Portfolio Lead at Accenture for nearly five years, where he managed delivery and client relationships for the Ministry of Environment and Protected Areas in Alberta. He led the marquee BERNIE Program — a multi-year, multimillion-dollar regulatory transformation initiative — that employed low-code platforms like ServiceNow, RPA, geospatial technologies, and enterprise data fabrics to improve automation and citizen services. His leadership directly supported Alberta’s “Cut the Red Tape” initiative and involved regular collaboration with CIOs, executive directors, and business sponsors.
Before Accenture, Anand worked as Vice President – Delivery at Virtusa, where he was responsible for delivering services to banking and finance clients across Canada. He also held a senior portfolio management role at Computronix, overseeing cloud infrastructure and product implementation projects that helped digitally transform client organizations through Azure-hosted LMS platforms and mobile applications.
Previously, Anand was Senior Director, Delivery Executive at Wipro Solutions Canada, leading multi-year IT strategy and transformation programs across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. He successfully chaired Steering Committee meetings with senior stakeholders and drove cloud adoption, Oracle SaaS implementations, and predictive analytics enablement for public utility clients. Over a 17-year tenure at Wipro Technologies, Anand held several leadership roles including Director of Solutions and Pre-Sales, Client Partner in the UK, and Senior Manager in the US and India. His expertise spanned cross-regional delivery, complex IT program execution, and innovation in digital transformation strategies across sectors including oil & gas, utilities, and public sector.
Anand started his career as a Technical Developer in the late 1990s and quickly rose through the ranks by delivering critical projects involving Java, SeeBeyond, VSAM, Oracle, and other technologies. With his deep understanding of infrastructure, applications, and client alignment, he brings a strategic, delivery-led mindset to every leadership role he assumes.
