Kulik and Tima Bansal, leaders at University of South Australia, colleagues at AOM ONE Division, and editorial peers connected with the Australian Journal of Management and Business & Society.

Over the last 15+ years at the University of South Australia, Sukhbir Sandhu has built a sustained track record in teaching, research, and leadership within the School of Management. Her elevation to Full Professor reflects both academic impact and trusted institutional stewardship.

In recent years, she has served as an Associate Professor in Sustainability, contributing to the university’s scholarship and capability-building in responsible management and sustainability-focused education.

Alongside her academic role, she has also held the leadership position of Executive Director, Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX), demonstrating a strong focus on translating research and people strategy into practical workplace outcomes.

Earlier in her UniSA journey, she worked as a Senior Lecturer, laying the foundation for her later school-wide and centre-level leadership contributions.
