Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, December 2025 — AIONOS, a next-generation AI-first digital transformation company, has announced the appointment of Karunjit Kumar Dhir as Executive Vice President – APAC & ANZ. In this role, Karunjit will be responsible for scaling AIONOS’s enterprise AI business across the Asia-Pacific and ANZ regions, working closely with CP Gurnani, Founder-CEO, to build regional strategy, market presence, partnerships, and long-term value creation.
In his current role at AIONOS, Karunjit has taken on the responsibility of shaping and executing the company’s APAC and ANZ growth strategy. His mandate includes leading market entry and expansion across Australia, Southeast Asia, and South Asia, driving CXO-level enterprise engagement, and enabling the transition from AI pilots to governed, production-grade deployments. He is also actively involved in building regional ecosystems of partners, hyperscalers, and industry alliances, while supporting early team formation and identifying strategic M&A and investment opportunities to accelerate regional scale.
Alongside his executive role, Karunjit serves as an Advisory Board Member at Saarthi Green, where he contributes to clean-tech and hydrogen retrofit innovations across Australia and India. His work in this space has supported patented hydrogen-hybrid solutions delivering significant fuel savings and emissions reduction, aligning with global sustainability and UN SDG goals.
Karunjit is also deeply engaged in the startup and investment ecosystem as a Charter Member of TiE Australia and an Angel Investor with platforms including Airtree, Startmate, Blossom Capital Partners, Electrifi Ventures, Co Ventures, Aussie Angels, Curtin University’s Angel Syndicate, The Flock, M8 Ventures, and Exhort Ventures. Through these roles, he supports early-stage founders across Australia, New Zealand, India, and Southeast Asia, with a focus on AI, SaaS, clean-tech, and scalable technology ventures.
Previously, Karunjit was Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of SRKay Consulting Group, where he scaled the organization to over 600 employees across India and APAC. Under his leadership, SRKay built strong digital, AI, consulting, and GCC practices, expanded into multiple APAC markets, and earned recognition including Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India, Deloitte Technology Fast 500 APAC, and Financial Times’ High-Growth Companies APAC listings.
He also co-founded and led SCIKEY, a global talent-tech platform backed by SRKay Consulting Group. As CEO, he drove SCIKEY’s mission to create large-scale digital talent access, delivering managed talent solutions for global enterprises and earning multiple national and APAC-level growth and innovation awards. Earlier in his career, Karunjit held senior leadership roles at Nityo Infotech, including Country Head – Malaysia and Senior General Manager – India, where he managed P&L ownership, regional expansion, strategic M&A, and large multi-country delivery operations.
