Tektronix, a leader in test and measurement equipment, has appointed Susie McNamara as its new Vice President of Human Resources. McNamara, with a seasoned background of over 20 years in human resource leadership, will play a pivotal role in steering the company’s strategic HR initiatives aimed at fostering a high-performance culture.
Prior to her new role at Tektronix, McNamara served as the Vice President of Talent Management & HR Transformation at Fortive, where she was responsible for talent strategy and organizational development from January 2023 to April 2024. Her tenure at Fortive also included leading global leadership development and HR transformation initiatives that significantly enhanced organizational capabilities and employee engagement.
Before Fortive, McNamara was deeply involved in executive development and strategic HR at General Mills, where she led numerous learning and development programs that elevated leadership skills and operational excellence across the company. Her extensive experience also includes strategic roles in talent management and organizational change, which have prepared her well for her responsibilities at Tektronix.
In her new role, McNamara is committed to enhancing Tektronix’s human resources operations by developing advanced talent management strategies and leadership development programs that support the company’s global growth objectives.
