Al-Mutairi’s journey at Kamco Invest began in 2018, and over the years, he has progressively ascended through various HR roles, each with increasing responsibility. Prior to his current role, he served as the Human Resources Manager, where he played a pivotal role in strategic HR planning and implementation that aligns with the company’s objectives and regulatory frameworks. His areas of expertise include change management, organizational development, talent management, and performance management, which have been instrumental in his successful contributions to the company.
Before joining Kamco Invest, Al-Mutairi enriched his HR skills at Geidea and Dr. Sulaiman AL Habib Medical Group, where he gained substantial experience in payroll, labor and employment law, and employee management.
