In this pivotal role, he will spearhead RemoteStar’s strategic growth initiatives, expand its global market presence, and elevate overall business performance.
Saurabh is a visionary leader with deep expertise in digital transformation and innovation across multiple industries. His entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder and business strategist will be critical in leveraging RemoteStar’s unique AI-driven capabilities and CTO-led hiring model to deliver unparalleled value to clients across the globe.
Over the past year, Saurabh has served as a Banking SME at Expleo Group, where he led digital transformation efforts within the BFSI vertical, working on projects such as VWFS Blueprint-2. Prior to that, he worked with Coforge as a Business Solutions Consultant, contributing to its data analytics initiatives and digital strategy implementation.
He also served as a Management Consultant at AmDhan Ltd., supporting strategic projects, and spent over seven years at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as Project Manager, leading business process modeling and transformation programs for clients such as Morgan Stanley and Lloyds Bank.
Earlier in his career, Saurabh held roles at YES BANK as Senior Manager – Innovation and Knowledge Management, Deloitte as a Business Technology Analyst, and Accenture as a Software Engineer, accumulating rich cross-sectoral experience across consulting, banking, and technology.
An MBA graduate from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), Saurabh brings a unique blend of strategic insight, technical depth, and operational excellence to his new role at RemoteStar.
